In this day of doing only what you need to do to get the job done, it is refreshing to find someone who not only goes above and beyond the call of duty - but does it twice - and patiently . Frank never made me feel the questions I asked were stupid ( when they clearly were !) Frank was professional, friendly and knowledgeable with problems both large and small. My husband, Umberto and I will recommend PC Support Services to anyone . Umberto & Paula We give Frank and his co. five stars!
